Good company - Facilities Manager Feme Employee Review

The company is a really supportive and friendly place to work. I’ve had the chance to get involved in lots of fast moving projects early on and take ownership which has helped me develop my skills quickly. The company is also introducing new employee initiatives, including paid learning opportunities and charity activities, a thoughtful gesture that shows they genuinely value growth and wellbeing.

None to think of during my tenure

Nice and friendly people to work with, has a family vibe to it. All the training you need to be able to get the job done. HR is brilliant and very supportive. Free teas and coffee everyday… Food on certain days as well, they really look after their staff!! Great recruitment process! Three breaks which is great to help break up the day!
