Pros

Cons
Job cuts, Cold way of treating people, lot of exec leadership change has led to disengagement with wider org. Fenergo used to have a very strong people culture, particularly in the Dublin office. That's no longer the case. Lay-offs were handled particularly callously especially for colleagues who have worked here for over 5 years. The company clearly has a mandate to cut cost in any way possible and this has been reflected in the office refurbishment being put on hold, Company Updates being held in the Canteen rather than in a previous venue, change in expense procedures, etc. All of which are fine but the manor in which changes have been implemented haven't really taken employees into consideration at all. The most frustrating thing about Fenergo is the clock and dagger and mixed messages from our Leadership team. The constant reshuffle at the top and change up in org structures nearly every year has resulted in many colleagues feeling disenfranchised with the company and de-motiviated to contribute as much as it's widely considered that career paths will all be changed again by the next year.
