Pros
Despite the challenges I encountered, I did have a few co-workers who were professional and courteous. Although we didn't interact extensively, when we did, they were respectful and willing to share knowledge.
Cons
Under the owner's management, the workplace became a breeding ground for frustration and discontent. His constant demands, unrealistic expectations, and unpredictable temper crushed our morale. It was disheartening to witness his blatant disregard for our well-being, as he consistently prioritized his own ego over the collective success of the company. Moreover, the owner's inability to acknowledge or address the concerns of the employees exacerbated the already challenging situation.
