      My co-workers are good team players.

      Cons

      The company's work environment is filled with toxicity and hostility. The management is terrible at its job, but it does well in humiliating and yelling at employees. The managers are only good at being toxic and verbally abusive.. The exhausting work environment becomes much more stressful because of the management.

      Pros

      Despite the challenges I encountered, I did have a few co-workers who were professional and courteous. Although we didn't interact extensively, when we did, they were respectful and willing to share knowledge.

      Cons

      Under the owner's management, the workplace became a breeding ground for frustration and discontent. His constant demands, unrealistic expectations, and unpredictable temper crushed our morale. It was disheartening to witness his blatant disregard for our well-being, as he consistently prioritized his own ego over the collective success of the company. Moreover, the owner's inability to acknowledge or address the concerns of the employees exacerbated the already challenging situation.
