Pros
- The majority of people are nice and helpfull / good environment - Good communication between teams - Really good health insurance - Good Work/personal life balance - Free coffee - Free soup and fruit for lunch
Cons
- Very traditional place for work - (at least for now) there is no room for "nowadays" practices (full remote work included) - No room for raises - if you enter the company with a low salary you're screwed... (you need to be promoted in the hierarchy to receive an acceptable raise) and salaries don't follow today's market values/economic situation. - The majority of people are over 45 years old (which makes it difficult to make changes in general) - The majority of projects and its management are really messy - The management needs to be upgraded and more diversified (The "power" of decisions always comes from the same people and they decide everything for everyone - workers opinions aren't heard ) - The majority of people in the top leadership are old men which is really strange considering we are in XXI century - there are no women and younger people (lack of perspectives for important decisions) - No room for creative & automation work - No room for raises (I did write this again on purpose)
