Pros

Don't have Prons at all..

There is no any single monetory benefits just like internet, night shift allowance, ergonomics , extra working benefits such as overtime or Extra working days and if you for the helpdesk then 12 hrs also not enough to finish your work. If you are working for the FIdelis then there is 90% chance you have to work @ night or graveyard shift ( Australia/ Newzealand ) so while bargaining you package then always consider you will have to work in night shift so add that amount your package as well. I have experienced first time due to huge volume you have to manage your own monitor (Rs. 13000) to speed up the work and payroll employees gets an approval to purchase it. LOL. After the joining no one will pickup your call. Every month you will get the 1.5 leaves and if you want to utilizes then you have take an approval from 2 leaders (mine lapses 5 days) and there is no encashment policy came to know after writing mail to HR. I don't think so it's 3rd party. ( FIdelis <I******<**) feeling working on a daily wages.
