Pros

If a good cultural fit is something you are looking for then Fidelus could be a good fit. You can build good relationships with team members. Managers do not micromanage. This company provides decent health insurance and PTO.

Cons

Fidelus lacks internal communication, there are times they fail to communicate important details such as company changes and updates. This company claims to be big on "feedback" however may not be open to it and/or do not reciprocate the feedback and you're left in the dark. Warning: There is preferential treatment, mostly those who have tenure and they are given multiple promotions within short periods of times, whereas other employees who have proven themselves to be successful in their roles do not get the benefit of being promoted. They no longer provide bonuses and the chances of you receiving a raise are slim unless you are an employee with preferential or special treatment. There are a lot of big egos so keep that in mind when applying for your role. There is also a high percentage of employee turnover.

Pros

Fidelus is such a great company. Everybody is so helpful, from sales all the way up to upper management. This was my first job out of college and I could not have chosen a better place to start my career in accounting. I learned so much while working here. The finance team consists of cfo, director of finance and accounting manager. All three are very smart and are willing to help out with any issues you may face. You will gain a lot of knowledge working with them. The culture here is like one big family.

Cons

There are no cons here.

Pros

Most of coworkers were really great and very smart people to work with.

Cons

As a contractor I didn't any benefits asidefrom WFH. And that´s cause I was remote. The workload is way too heavy, and honestly there is little work-life balance. A very few people would tend to not do their job as expected hence the load falls on others. Micro-management.
