Pros
Finally a Field Sales company that cares about its employees! Decent rate of pay for the role, achievable targets for bonus, and most importantly a company that listens to what their field team is saying, and reacts to that, rather than ignoring it. Work/life balance is well thought about in the companies planning as well.
Cons
Short notice client requests....but they're client requests, so not a lot that can be done about the timing of these!!
