Pros

Great Food Lots of benefits Beautiful place to work Comprehensive training

Cons

If you are not all in on the restaurant industry this place is not for you. They expect you to study and train with the same rigor as a med student. It’s great that they expect a lot of their employees but if not if you want to pursue other interest or have another part-time job.
