      Pros

      Energetic environment and wonderful team to be around. Very interesting industry and plenty to learn.

      Cons

      Constructive criticism isn't practiced here at all. The vision and priorities are constantly changing as is the mood of the CEO. Did you as well as the CEO have a bad day? Well expect to be a punching bag for the next week. Mistakes are never forgiven even when they're made by people of power who refuse to send out memos of their dealings and change in direction. You create content that isn't up to par? You can be sure you'll be berated with curse words and insults.

      Filtrous is currently working on a ton of cool and exciting projects. This company is in the very early stages and has ambitious plans. Working at Filtrous is an opportunity of a lifetime as you get to learn and build products and systems from the ground up. It is like going through an accelerated MBA program. If you are not afraid of challenges and love solving problems; Filtrous is the place to be at.

      Cons

      This company is not for everybody. It is still in the very early stages of development and there will be a lot of difficult work ahead. Employees who are looking for a cushy 9-5 clock-in and clock-out position will struggle here.
