None. Be careful working here. Not consistent at all. Workers don’t want you to succeed.

Cons

There were multiple cons working here. Aldo the warehouse manger has no leadership qualities. Thinks he’s on a pedestal because he’s worked there for awhile. Never helped me improve instead i was always talked down on.

Energetic environment and wonderful team to be around. Very interesting industry and plenty to learn.

Cons

Constructive criticism isn't practiced here at all. The vision and priorities are constantly changing as is the mood of the CEO. Did you as well as the CEO have a bad day? Well expect to be a punching bag for the next week. Mistakes are never forgiven even when they're made by people of power who refuse to send out memos of their dealings and change in direction. You create content that isn't up to par? You can be sure you'll be berated with curse words and insults.
