      You work with amazing people and get to learn about the healthcare industry especially hospitals.

      You have to take a lot of calls in a limited amount of time and not every patient understands their bill.

      Pros

      Great pay and bonuses, very flexible, even the contact center. Helps build experience with multiple hospital systems. Decent place to work.

      Cons

      Very relaxed call center environment, Employees develop poor work ethic and become disgruntled when disciplined/ fired. Turnover rate is actually low for a call center. Management needs to let go of under performers!!
