Pros

Great pay and bonuses, very flexible, even the contact center. Helps build experience with multiple hospital systems. Decent place to work.

Cons

Very relaxed call center environment, Employees develop poor work ethic and become disgruntled when disciplined/ fired. Turnover rate is actually low for a call center. Management needs to let go of under performers!!

Cons

Severely understaffed , management out of sync with processes that effect productivity , lacked staffed development ,management untrustworthy ,company culture only exist in Maryland , company unorganized from HR to day-to-day operations, can barely get thru main company line , if you thrive on chaos , no room to grow , perfect organization for you
