Pros

Genuine people, working with 'adults' and real specialists who know their stuff. Great vibe, good benefits and excellent support. 'Your day, your way' working.

Cons

Not a lot to complain about.

Pros

Competitive salary compared to similar organisations

Cons

The culture of this organisation has deteriorated significantly recently. What was once a positive, flexible and collaborative environment has been replaced by one that is toxic, negative and one of blame. Senior leaders do not take accountability, refuse to make even the most basic of decisions and micro-manage at every opportunity, leaving everyone beneath them stressed, frustrated and fearful of making a mistake. The higher up the chain you go, the worse these problems are. The CEO and Executive have completely unrealistic expectations, change their minds continuously and refuse to listen to the opinions of the experts they have hired beneath them. Paired with company-wide loss of the ability to work compressed hours, rumours of 40% attendance in the office due to be rising to 60% and a stricter bonus policy, and you're left with a culture that is not only worse to work in but wants more out of you for less. There are still many dedicated and talented people working here, but the culture and leadership approach have made it a much less enjoyable place to work than it once was.
