Pros
Everyone including leadership is so friendly and approachable. Find8 truly is a family. Coworkers and leadership truly go out of their way to see you grow and excel not only professionally but as a person as well. Plenty of opportunity for growth. Opportunity to work from home/remotely if needed. Fun, colorful office space. Fun activities and outings outside of work.
Cons
The office is downtown and parking downtown isn't fun. If you don't live downtown your best bet is to get a monthly garage pass through the city (there's a parking garage down the street).
