Pros
Fairly good pay. Flexible hours, remote work, and opportunity for overtime for part-time workers. The owner/CEO is amazing and very kind. The other employees are very fun to work with.
Cons
Awful Middle Management (stay clear of CH) who do not understand the projects at the same level as you, and so expect too much of you. Clearly understaffed in many key areas, and so they tend to push responsibilities for two or more people onto a single person.
