OK company - Product Owner Findmypast Employee Review

Great people, benefits, and projects.

In a space that I, and most young people, don't have a personal interest in (genealogy).

All work is on the computer.

When three of the top management left all at once and replaced with incompetent management the morale has gone into free fall. At first I thought it was a communication problem between the UK and the US but after reading comments from employees from the UK I seems it is a company wide problem. Its a real shame, because I like the mission of the company.
