      Pros

      Enjoyable and nice to be part of a successful restaurant group in the small town. It's a restaurant job with opportunity to create your own schedule.

      Cons

      The general manager at the restaurant I worked for was so-so - not a big fan of them. I speak for one restaurant in the group of restaurants. I don't know about others.
