Pros

No pros if you don’t like to fool people for earning commissions.

Cons

Door to door sales scam. You stay outdoors from 2pm-8pm even when there is snow storm or rain or -20 degrees. You have to knock at 60 houses everyday, 3 times in a row, you have to convince people to buy the stuff till they don’t get annoyed to the point where they bang the door on your face. We have to lie, be the best person, if the person we are selling like dogs, we have to love dogs, if the person doesn’t like dogs, we have to hate them. It is more of making a fool out of people to sell them stuff. You stay outdoors till 8pm, you get to the office at around 8:20 pm, then the management breaks down on the day, so you basically stay there till 9pm, but you write 8pm when you write your time.

Pros

Okayish pay, you are not paid (or the sale amount is deducted from the upcoming payments) if the customer cancels within 2 months of the sale!

Cons

Good luck having a life with this job. They love to sell you the “hustle” dream-long hours, big promises, unlimited earning potential. Reality check: you’ll be working 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., six days a week(sometimes seven too), and your paycheck is basically a suggestion. Yes, they pay commissions… until they don’t. If a customer cancels anytime within two months, your commission magically disappears-or worse, gets deducted from your future pay. So you can close a deal, do everything right, and still end up owing them your time for free. Meanwhile, the company takes zero risk while you take all of it. Endless hours, MLM-style motivation, and income that can be revoked weeks later. If you’re wondering why people quit, this is why. If you value predictable income, basic fairness, or your sanity, stay far away. You’re better off working for yourself, delivering food, or doing literally anything that pays you for the hours you work. This isn’t hustle-it’s unpaid labor dressed up as motivation, with 15,000+ steps a day spent walking through cold, rain, and extreme heat while management sits comfortably and couldn’t care less. Your time, your body, and your effort are all disposable here, and once you realize that, quitting becomes the only logical move. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.
