It really depends on your team and your mentor. Mine was one that was second family for me. I say pick the right ones and you will flourish in a nurturing environment, either you'll love being a FC or hate it.
Cons
not very transparent with all the charges and since we work based on comms, these 2-3% amounts to quite a huge amount
