I’ve enjoyed working here. The workload is good and I am never bored. I like working with my attorneys and managers.

I’ve read some of the reviews here and can’t say this has been my experience. I think a lot of the drama comes from the Charleston office. I haven’t encountered the issues in the reviews posted here and have been happy here.

Attorneys and staff were always friendly and easy to get along with.

Firm does a terrible job with oversight of new attorneys. They are left to figure things out without structured mentorship. Partners should be assigning cases to associates and reviewing all work and legal strategies. No set expectations or goals, so no way to know how to advance in the firm. Raises and bonus are rare and sporadic. Attorney turnover is atrocious due to associates being directionless and without any incentives. Management lacks transparency. The firm structure and finances is a mystery.
