Pros
The canteen is like a restaurant. Absolutely delicious. Anything work related is the polar opposite, chaos, reeks of nepotism, cut throat, disorganised, hire and fire. There is a reason why most recruitment firms have severed ties with them.
Cons
No training, no structure to the job yet somehow you are expected to perform to a high level. In my personal experience I was fired after 3 weeks for "not making an impact".
