      If you like nut jobs this place is full of them Some of the false positive reviews on here give you a laugh

      Cult like, silo'd and full of back stabbing politics Simply unethical the way the place is run Ranks filled with B players thinking they are A players Lucky if you make it out with all of your fingers still attached to your hand at the end of shift

      Canteen on site Parking if you get a space Wages are decent

      Cons

      Staff are told to write positive reviews so they are fake!!! Expected to work insane amount of hours. Management style and attitudes of managers Nobody trained. The culture is very bad and people sacked all time. Would only come here if I was really desperate for a job. You do get lots of experience but only because there isn’t enough staff to do all the jobs so you have to help. You are expected to give give give and if you make a mistake your disciplined for it...even if it’s your 65th working hour that week. Communication is the worst but your expected to know things anyway.

      Pros

      The canteen is like a restaurant. Absolutely delicious. Anything work related is the polar opposite, chaos, reeks of nepotism, cut throat, disorganised, hire and fire. There is a reason why most recruitment firms have severed ties with them.

      Cons

      No training, no structure to the job yet somehow you are expected to perform to a high level. In my personal experience I was fired after 3 weeks for "not making an impact".
