      Pros

      If you are lucky, you will get an opportunity to travel (majorly African countries/under developed countries)

      Cons

      - No professionalism - Rude higher management - False promises and rewards. - Heavy workload, they expect you to work on weekends/holidays and on your personal Leaves..!! - No Employee friendly policies - Compensation not as per the market standards. - No personal life balance. - Bad Infrastructure. -No process standards are followed - Managers doesn't maintain any relation with the reportees. - If you say NO to something, then all the things will turn upside down and you will be threatened.

      Pros

      1. Easy to get into multiple domains and work with various clients across the Globe, which boosts your confidence and Skillset as well. 2. You get to travel to multiple countries and work at client locations, which is an added advantage. 3. Flexibility with working times and place.

      Cons

      This is not a placé if you are looking for a typical support role and not interested in travelling out of the sub-continent.
