      Cons

      They doesn't know that who is working what they will highlight only if they like the employee. Fake promises while joining. No employee equilty No seniority management.

      Pros

      If you are lucky, you will get an opportunity to travel (majorly African countries/under developed countries)

      Cons

      - No professionalism - Rude higher management - False promises and rewards. - Heavy workload, they expect you to work on weekends/holidays and on your personal Leaves..!! - No Employee friendly policies - Compensation not as per the market standards. - No personal life balance. - Bad Infrastructure. -No process standards are followed - Managers doesn't maintain any relation with the reportees. - If you say NO to something, then all the things will turn upside down and you will be threatened.

      Before COVID it was a good place to work but not anymore

      Pros

      NO pros, except some of the seniors (Team Leads), are well experienced and extremely helpful. Irrespective of the position of their projects some people in this firm are helpful. Yes, you will get on-site if you like, but mostly to African countries and keep in mind you might need to handle 100% of the project on your own as they are running out of resources.

      Cons

      Not a good place to work because a few of the top management people have no work ethics, and forget about their and your holidays, anniversaries, and weekends especially during WFH. You can expect to get a WhatsApp call or msg anytime during the day or night if you are not available on the teams.
