Pros
NO pros, except some of the seniors (Team Leads), are well experienced and extremely helpful. Irrespective of the position of their projects some people in this firm are helpful. Yes, you will get on-site if you like, but mostly to African countries and keep in mind you might need to handle 100% of the project on your own as they are running out of resources.
Cons
Not a good place to work because a few of the top management people have no work ethics, and forget about their and your holidays, anniversaries, and weekends especially during WFH. You can expect to get a WhatsApp call or msg anytime during the day or night if you are not available on the teams.
