Reasonable pay, good team environment. Room for advancement if you are aggressive and will go in lockstep with management. Corporate orientation was well done.
Cons
Benefits are barely average, unrealistic monthly goals, standard corporate retardation when it comes to doing your job efficiently, growth at any price.
