Working here has, without a doubt, been the most rewarding experience of my career. Mary Winter, the founder, is not only a true expert in legal placements but also one of the most supportive and genuinely kind individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Her dedication to her clients, candidates, and employees is unmatched—she truly cares about people and it shows in everything she does. I can’t recommend working with her highly enough, whether you’re seeking a role or talent. If you have the opportunity to work with Mary Winter, consider yourself incredibly fortunate.

I've worked at firm advice for two summers now and have had an amazing experience each time. I am looking to go to law school once I finish my master's program so this job has given me the opportunity to speak to a wide variety of legal professionals and gain all the knowledge that I can before it starts. The candidates are always amazing to speak with, and most of the time they are willing to help if I happen to ask them a question that is geared more towards their law school experience for my own knowledge. Not only are the candidates willing to help, but I am also working alongside two incredibly successful lawyers. Both of whom are always willing to help me out and answer any questions that I may have either about the job or my future career path. I truly believe that this position has already help me immensely for my future and will continue to help even after I am in school!

This is a fully remote position; we all are working from home so sometimes I do miss the collaboration aspect that you get with being in an office but that is mitigated with weekly zoom meetings or calls so that is nice. Other than that, I do not really see any con's with working here!
