Pros
Relatively innovative, pretty cool clients, snacks and the odd staff party
Cons
Sneaky, double-faced partners that will stab you in the back in front of the client just to look good or so they have someone to blame their mistakes on. Understaffed, no mentors or help of any sort, crazy overworked and extremely low salaries all this turn into a very 'on the edge' vibe that is certainly not pleasant (people crying is not unusual). One of the partners is particularly useless at team management: he will scream and disrespect you in front of everyone, insult your work and blame you for whatever the client is not happy with and will stop your progression to favour others who he clearly favourites (surf is the key to that). You will be thrown in a room to talk about "how amazingly well they have done this year" and, when trying to negotiate your salary 2 weeks later, you will get told it can only be upped by 50e a month
