-A good starting point for entering the industry. -Well recognized agency on a national level.
Cons
-Toxic work culture perpetrated by one of the CEOs and certain employees. -The office space may look cool, but is actually unclean and unsafe. During my time working here I witnessed all kinds of workplace disasters including vermin infestations, theft, plumbing issues and flooding. -High expectations on employees while offering little in exchange. Work conditions are generally unfair and inflexible, while a chosen few receive preferential treatment and better salary/conditions, regardless of their capabilities or effort. -Overall chaos due to hazy structural organization, a high employee turnover rate and also because half of the staff are unexperienced or just plain interns.
