      Pros

      I spent around 7 months in GBS Credit and the only pro i felt was: Salary is paid on time.

      Cons

      Everything else: No proper knowledge transfer. No lroper handover of portfolio. Previous analysts have left the bank even before new Analyst takes over. This is quite unheard of in Credit domain! Also no flexibility, no wfh options, not even a cafetaria in office!
