No initiatives from onshore or offshore to make it workth calling a workplace. most people, even HR is outsourced, so they do the job of mail couriering and nothing else.
Management keeps changing process and policies w/o taking any peer feedback. bureaucratic top down approach. GBS employees are treated as 2nd grade citizens working at peanuts salary compared to their onshore counterparts, with no hikes, however, being measured on all parameters equally with onshore.
