Pros
Pay and incentive program was great in 2006-2010...then they restructured the incentives plan to make it difficult to bonus. I enjoy the pawn business. BUT you have to have butt-kissing skills to progress in the old boys club.
Cons
Georgia (falcon) acquisition was the destruction of 10,20,30 yr service employees. I believe the company new it was going to be selling 4 years ago.
