Horrible, company took advantage - Anonymous employee First Cash Employee Review

They are using old technology pearl based, who uses that anymore beside First Cash. I worked under Cash America initially and was awesome until the merger happened. First Cash used Cash America employees then laid us off once they were done with us. Pay through first cash is not good vacation was reduced and benefits were also reduced. You can do a whole lot better than this company. Don’t waste or invest your time to this company.
