Manager and DM have a family first attitude No late nights Manager always tries to give back to back days off Great for a two income family Commission bonus can be very attainable if you work as a team Fun atmosphere
Cons
LOW PAY ( if you make a good commission you can compensate for the low hourly wage but it is unpredictable.) Great employees leave due to the low hourly wage Would not be able to have this job if I were a single household No more company picnics or Christmas parties Would be nice to have team building events
