No real benefits of being an employee, if you overdraft your account they will close it out, Pay is low in comparison to other institutions by about 15%-20% 401k isn't great, health benefits are overpriced and terrible, stressful environment, stressful customers, branches do not have a procedure book so every account opened is different, no consistency in the branches No consistency from managers They tell you you have growth opportunities and instead of letting an employee move up they hire from outside the company. Promotions only given to management No annual pay increases as of 2015, now the is s bonus incentive in place but it does not increase your actual salary. The employees that have be there for 25 or more years feel entitled to everything but do not help with team projects also they bring moral down. Multiple managers telling you to do different things
