Pros
Good schedule. Holidays off. (Some of them) That’s about it.
Cons
If you want a happy job, do not work here. One of the biggest things they talk about is not gossiping. The women of this bank are the biggest gossipers there. The former CEO (good riddance) John Jones was the biggest moron there is. He didn’t have the balls to tell employees directly when something bothered him. He had others do it for him. When an emergency happened, instead of staying and leading his team, he left. Pathetic human being. What CEO cusses in front of his employees then talks about professionalism? Like I said, good riddance. The new CEO, Shelly Holt, is fun to be around but has no spine. This company has zero room for advancement. They say they want to hire from within but they don’t. They play extreme favoritism and sexism. There is also a horrible lack of training and resources. If all the managers are gone (which they are during the holidays) the tellers were completely screwed. They have zero trust in their employees. They also started taking some of the minor holidays (Memorial Day, Presidents’ Day, etc.) and making the employees attend a mandatory training that wasn’t even a training. The managers do not backup their employees when there is disrespectful customers. Instead of hearing both sides of an issue, they just take the customers side. Everyone is also super political. The political correctness is awful. They say you can’t talk politics but they do anyway. Save yourself time and frustration and do not work here.
