      Great Benefits Can work your way up Good and informative managers Holidays off (not only major holidays) Awesome Giveaways for employees Gatherings/Work Events Continually growing company

      Cons

      Feel like they short change us on pay as far as the higher level roles. I have heard the teller pay is very competitive which is good. Need to hire more staff to disperse and share tasks. A growing company means we need to grow our staff numbers.
