Pros

Laid back, phones are allowed on the teller line. Very lenient with employees tardy.

Cons

Training sucks across the board. Centers are terribly short staffed. Favoritism at all time high and if you’re not apart of the group you’re out. Working there seems like every man for themself.

Cons

I had a very positive experience overall. If I had to identify an area for improvement, I’d say that as the company continues to grow, there are opportunities to further streamline processes and enhance cross-team communication. That said, it’s a natural part of growth, and I appreciated being part of that evolution.
