Excellent work life balance, training opportunities, and decent benefits.

Smaller bank so there is not a lot of room for advancement.

Great operations department very helpful and knowledgeable and they weren't open on Saturdays. We had a great market president at the time.

There were not enough employees to share work load with resulting in consistent overtime which I was not interested in dedicating my life to the company
