      Highly stressful environment more so than most call centers. Favoritism is common and can make other employees feel not valued. This is a job, not a career, with little to no professional growth. Training is minimal and not many opportunities are given for coaching.

      Great skills are to be learned within this job, Great hours, FDCPA Certified, if your good at talking with people then this job is for you.

      Cons

      Bad staff, very Disorganized, no room for advancement, will not work with you to change schedule. Very sneaky company, will not work with you to get better, they expect way to much from new employees
