Pros

Commission + bonus upon meeting your goals. Employer pays for half of health insurance benefits.

Cons

Highly stressful environment more so than most call centers. Favoritism is common and can make other employees feel not valued. This is a job, not a career, with little to no professional growth. Training is minimal and not many opportunities are given for coaching.
