      Pros

      Benefits aren't overly expensive, located near public transportation.

      Cons

      Compensation, complacent management from the very top down. Don't expect to advance or go anywhere here, most people stick around just because it's a job and they treat everything with a very "not my problem" attitude. Too much "I don't care" all around. Could be a great company, but isn't right now.

      Pros

      Flexible work arrangements. Good for people who work well without supervision. Excellent healthcare benefits and 401K. Abundance of vacation time can be accrued.

      Cons

      No career growth. Very limited in technology and forward thinking to expand business growth. CEO and board are inaccessible and not interested in growth and innovation. Communication with employees is terrible. Job performance goals and reviews do not exist.
