Pros
Benefits aren't overly expensive, located near public transportation.
Cons
Compensation, complacent management from the very top down. Don't expect to advance or go anywhere here, most people stick around just because it's a job and they treat everything with a very "not my problem" attitude. Too much "I don't care" all around. Could be a great company, but isn't right now.
