Credit unions always pay less than banks in my experience, but the profit share is nice & company culture makes it worth it

The pay was decent as long as you made sales.

They literally watch you on the security cameras. They tell you that you have to be doing something business related at all times while they are literally sitting there watching you all day. You are not allowed to do anything that is not business related. Including simply checking weather.com. If you don't have any work to do, you literally just sit and stare out the window. If you ask for more work, they just tell you to read the training information on the internal site, which is severely outdated. They also change the schedule on you literally the day of and get mad if you say you can't accommodate it. Makes it reallllly hard to schedule anything outside of work. You have to use PTO for literally anything, even if you make a doctor's appointment for a time you were -supposed- to be off, like 5:00 PM. Also, they do not care if you bring a legitimate problem to them. Management didn't even know we sold Money Orders but acted like there was no issue with that. If I could give zero stars I would.
