Pros
- plenty of hours -offers "office time" if clients cancel - opportunities to pick up shifts if others miss their sessions - team meetings held every so often so you can talk and ask questions
Cons
- some managers (e.g. )do the bare minimum and don't answer their emails. Most of the Program managers are amazing. I was unlucky to get someone who didn't care
