I really enjoyed my time at Fisico. As Head of Sales, I felt trusted to make meaningful decisions and actually put ideas into action. The leadership team gives you room to build, test, and improve without micromanagement. They truly care about performance, but they also care about people, which is rare. The culture is fast-paced and entrepreneurial — if you’re someone who likes ownership, this is an amazing place to be. Cross-functional collaboration was strong, and I always felt supported by marketing, and operations. I also appreciated how open the communication was; feedback flowed both ways, and wins were celebrated. Overall, it’s a company where your work matters, and that made the experience incredibly rewarding.
