Terrible management on all levels across all departments. If a manager has been here for longer than 3 years, they call rank and claim to know what the 'founder likes and doesn't like'. They take full advantage of flexi working and finish at 4 (and earlier). New team members are required across multiple departments but unless you have worked for a luxury fashion house or brand, they openly admit (hiring managers not HR) they will not consider you for the role as they would like someone 'cool'. Managers like to use the phrase 'just do it' during briefings and meetings, something that has been adapted from the founder and past department heads. The turn over of staff is very high which is worrying. It also allows for some managers to hide behind junior members of their team as they are unable to do their job correctly (unable to use key software / hardware etc) but this is not picked up as department heads do not last more than 12/18 months. Prejudice comments are often aired within my department about people of colour, their sexual preference, looks and fashion sense.
