Pros

Enjoyed working here for several years until I realised there's no salary development, no career path and no prospects. However there are some really nice people working here and the atmosphere is generally collegial.

Cons

Very poor management (with some notable exceptions), no investment in people or development. That's possibly starting to change as they're rolling out some management training - let's hope it improves things. There's virtually no chance of transfers abroad and very inconsistent application of flexiworking/working from home - on some teams it's fine while on others it's not possible, for no good reason. Women returning from maternity are generally well treated with many in London working a 4 or 4.5 day week though this also varies by team and some managers, particularly in the US, are very resistant to this type of flexibility.
