Good culture and interesting work but poor compensation (including severance) - Credit Rating Analyst Fitch Ratings Employee Review

Pros

Generally good culture and nice people in most analytical groups; intellectually stimulating work

Cons

Fitch tends to offer lower compensation and/or lower-level roles, especially for internally promoted staff, and the employee contract stipulates ESA severance rather than common law, which really incentivizes employees to leave after a short period, as reflected in the turnover. The return-to-office policy and Fitch's very strict - borderline threatening - stance on this policy are also very unnecessary.
